So if we talk about the third meaning …
I would definitely changed the way we create energy. It is too embarrassing to have genocides in our history in order to create energy for consumerism and profit.
And also I would doubt the industry of lab grown food, we should start throwing less food out.
It is difficult and embarrassing to continue legitimising and accepting atrocities on behalf of profit for the few.
The way I am changing this, is by not buying an electric car, and by not buying a new phone unless it is directly giving profit to the people of Congo.
And if I look at it from definition number 1, that modern society is the contemporary way of living, I would definitely change the work hours for families, especially single parents.
The way I myself is changing the society already is that my sun who is 6 years old is learning in a different way than going to school 6 hours a day. Not that I chose it to be this way, just that he really didn’t like the structure of the learning environments here in Copenhagen, so now we do things a bit different. And by doing that we are changing the society from the ground.
