This is a good question, and for me the best teachers were the one that made me feel happy about my eager to ask, maybe they didn’t have the answer, but certainly I remember the feeling they gave me of being entitled to ask and to have that kind of thinking.
Just like a flower follows a natural process for growth, we human beings do the same, but even the process being the same the outcome is always different, as for a flower, as for us human beings.
