Our bodies are made for moving. And I hope you move your body everyday.
I move my body everyday. I jump 3×60 seconds 3 times a day. That is really a lovely thing, because I can do it everywhere, but I don’t need to change my clothings or change surroundings.
I don’t have a step counter, but today I’ll take a long walk – one of these walks where I let my legs walk, no plan, no destination, but home, after a good time of walking.
