That was a nice day, I looked in the mirror and I was, oooh there you are.
But it didn’t come overnight, it took me a journey of 18 years, from when sudden unexplainable pains took all dreams away from me at the age of 31 and I had to figure out how to live a normal life under abnormal conditions without any help because the doctors couldn’t decide for a diagnosis.
That is actually impossible, to live a normal life under abnormal conditions.
And if I knew all that, what took me 18 years to figure out, then I would have delt a little differently with the situation. But in order for you not to spend 18 years, I’ll tell you this in one blogpost:
You HAVE to understand your childhood and the dynamics you were in.
How were you treated, how were you perceived by your nearest relations?
This is crucial because the pattern will repeat until you chose to do something new.
So if what you find is good, then all is good but if not then it is your responsibility to break out.
And the sooner you start breaking out, the less time you spend in trauma reactions, overload and the more time you spend on your self development and on enjoying your life, where you are.
Because if you don’t deal with adverse experiences, your nervous system will never feel truly safe, and by that you’ll never feel truly satisfied or even happy, no matter how much you accomplish.
In order to look at yourself, you need to look at your communication. Also astrology, numerology and human design help a lot, but your communication is what you grew up in, and no matter what sign you are or what kind of condition you may have. Knowing your communication is crucial to how to take your next step into the good life you are here to live.
And I totally lost my self in the words and actions of other people, since I was little.
Now as 49 yo I see the patterns, because they kept going on in different situations, until I became a mom as 40 yo, then I had knowledge to see how the same near relations treated my child. Just as they treated me. As an option, and not a choice. And also emotional needs just being ignored, laughed at or humiliated. Even allergies were ignored or downsized.
So, if you feel that something is off where you are now or where you grew up, without you even being able to word the feeling, then you should definitely dig into your communication and start changing the communication that is adverse and make you feel uncomfortable into communication that makes your life more beautiful and easy to live.
You can start with scrutinizing how you speak to yourself, how others speak to you and how you speak about yourself in order to take small steps into a new world.
When you start observing the communication which also consists of actions, then you begin too see behaviorial patterns and thinking patterns. Your own and others.
And this is where one of your transformational timelines starts shifting into a new reality, because taking out adverse communication creates a whole new world around you, which makes it much easier to figure out who you are and what you really want to do in life. And how do I know, because I figured it all out via law of communication.
