What is your favorite genre of music?
I love music, but not all day.
I grew up with Bob Marley and Kim Larsen a Danish artist,
Then Madonna and Eurythmics stepped by, and Roxette…
In my teens I began listening to Metallica and Guns’n Rose’s, but my father disliked it and introduced me to Rap… Ice T… I liked Public Enemy better so I went to their concert at christiania in the early 90ies….
All this in a timespan of 20 years while I also played the violin.
With time I realised that some kind of music actually stresses me because it agitates me… and actually due to my unrecovered ACEs I now avoid some of the music I loved when I was a teen.
And I think that is why when I am in need for just having music going on in the background while doing other things… I just need classic music or even more silent frequencies and healing sounds….
