I love to live in the present.
Once I lived in the future, and I was so excited about all what was about to-and what could happen. But I was always a little tensed.
Then later in life I studied language and leadership -and I learned that when I have a vision, a dream something I want to do in the future, then I create a gap between my vision and my current reality. This gap is also called creative tension, positive as negative. The more steps taken towards the vision the more positive tension. But then if we don’t succeed, then this tension is negative.
And then I learned that coming from ACEs and its consequences, these tensions can create a lot of chaos, either the tensions be negative or positive, and I can relate to that with a lot of things I have tried to create. The tensions either good or bad, made me freeze. Specially when working alone on a project. Not only did big imposter syndrom of cause create chaos, but adding the confusing of having creative tensions too, was a little bit too much. The big deal is that after being at a Body All Mind treatment once, the day after a lot of some creative tensions just disappeared, which made me think about the fact that I probably have lived with anxiety a large part of my life…
So my best future excitement is when I am going to have a nice coffee or a lovely cake, because then I get the excitement full filled in reasonable time.
That doesn’t mean I don’t have a dream, it means that I am cautious about talking and dreaming of it, but I do take steps every single day,
One of my steps is creating my own series of clothing, in collaboration with my sun. The series of animals reflect my wish to inform about the hidden power of animals and little humans. My sun chose animal and colours of the shirts, I figured out the hidden power of animals and created the shirts on print on demand. For the future of my sun and other little humans.
